FAQ
What's the benefit of a concierge RN Case Manager?
Stephanie provides personalized, nurse-led services including patient education, resilience coaching, healthcare navigation, treatment plan reviews, and concierge case management. This can help you understand your medical care, build coping strategies, and navigate complex systems, all from a supportive, trauma-informed perspective.
Do you prescribe?
No. While I am a licensed registered nurse, Resilient RN does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribe medications. This is an educational and supportive service designed to help you better understand your health, communicate with providers, and advocate for your needs.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I do not bill insurance. Services are private-pay only, but I offer affordable monthly membership fees to make ongoing support more accessible. There is a one-time $15 initiation fee. You can cancel at any time. I take multiple forms of payment, including credit cards, Afterpay, and Klarna.
Do I need to live in your state to work with you?
Nope! I hold a multi-state compact RN license and work virtually with clients across the United States. As long as you're in a compact state, we can work together. If you're unsure, just reach out and I’ll help you figure it out.
What happens during a New Patient Consultation?
This first session is all about you: your story, your symptoms, your goals, and your biggest concerns. We’ll review your health history, talk about your current care, and make a plan for how I can best support you. It’s the starting point for everything I offer.
I have multiple conditions and a complicated history. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Complex, overlapping, and misunderstood conditions are my specialty and something I have personal experience with. I can help you make sense of it all, one step at a time.
